With more than 20 years of industry experience, Ben Weiss serves as the General Manager of the 16,000-seat multipurpose XL Center, the 38,000-seat Pratt & Whitney Stadium and oversees business operations for the Hartford Wolf Pack of the AHL.  In his current role, areas of oversight include marketing, booking, operations, engineering, advertising sales, ticket sales, public relations, community relations, HR, Guest Services, security, finance, and event production. Ben started with the company in 2001 and has held positions ranging from sales to event management.  In 2012 Ben was voted by his peers as the Triple-A Baseball Pacific Coast League Executive of the Year and in 2007 was selected by Billboard Magazine as one of the industry’s “Top 30 under 30”.
