KNOW BEFORE YOU GO: WOLF PACK GAME NIGHTS

Season Ticket Holder doors open 70 minutes before puck drop. This Season Ticket Member benefit is only eligible at the Season Ticket Member door in PeopleBank Arena's atrium, across from the Hartford Ticket Office.

For example, if the game starts at 7 pm, doors for Wolf Pack Ticket Members will open at 5:50 pm.

All ticket holders for the game can enter PeoplesBank Arena 60 minutes prior to the start of the game.

For example, if the game starts at 7 pm, doors for non-Season Ticket Members will open at 6 pm.

All fans can access their Wolf Pack tickets through the AXS Mobile app. For more information on downloading the app, accessing and transferring tickets, please click here or follow the steps below.

To access your tickets on AXS, please follow these steps: 

• Download the AXS Tickets app in the app store on your mobile device or visit AXS.com.
• Under the sign-in page, select the 'Create Account' tab. This will prompt you to enter your First Name, Last Name, Email Address, and password.
  • During this step, it is imperative that you use the same email address associated with your Wolf Pack ticketing account. If you are unsure of which email this is, please contact your account representative.
  • If you want to change or update your email address on file, please contact your account representative.
• After you complete Step 2, a verification email will be sent to the email you provided.
• After clicking the verification link in the email sent to you, you will now have access to your Wolf Pack tickets through your mobile device or at AXS.com.
• Once in the AXS app, select the ticket icon at the bottom of the screen. This will show all of your tickets for the season, as well as any additional tickets that have been purchased or transferred. This is also where you can forward, sell, and access your seats on game nights.

Parking will be available in the following locations: Church Street, Hartford 21 Garage, 180 Allyn Street Lot, and Saints lot.

Credit/debit cards are accepted throughout PeoplesBank Arena. Cash is accepted at select locations.

Looking for some coffee and sweet treats? Visit Perkatory Coffee Roasters behind Sections 101 and 118! Perkatory's 'Rink Drink' for the 2025-26 season is a peppermint mocha topped with cold foam and Oreo crumbles. This drink is available exclusively at Wolf Pack games.

Our merchandise is operated by N&D Sports. Their merchandise stands can be found in the atrium and the node behind section 119 on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. On Wednesday night, their merchandise stands can be found in the atrium and at the node behind section 101 (main entrance).

Every Wednesday Night, two Wolf Pack players will be available on the concourse behind Section 107, signing autographs for 45 minutes, starting one hour ahead of puck drop. Fans will be provided with an 8.5"x11" for the players to sign.

As with every Friday night, the Pack will have $2 draft beers and $2 hot dogs until the end of the 1st intermission on the concourse.

Also on Friday nights, the Pack host a 'Hockey Happy Hour' presented by Minuteman Press Hartford in the Electric Boat Heritage Club for all ticketed fans. Hockey Happy Hour presented by Minuteman Press Hartford is back in the Electric Boat Heritage Club for all Friday and Saturday Wolf Pack home games! Ticketed fans are welcome to the ‘Chill Zone’ two hours before all Friday and Saturday home hockey games until puck drop. Patrons can purchase a $10 wristband to receive access to the Chill Zone where they can enjoy an appetizer buffet and $2 12-oz domestic draft beers until the start of the game. To buy a wristband for Hockey Happy Hour, visit the Electric Boat Heritage Club. On nights where there are giveaways, all ticketed fans can receive their giveaway items at the main entrance in PeoplesBank Arena's atrium unless otherwise noted.
