RANGERS ASSIGN SIX TO WOLF PACK

HARTFORD, CT – New York Rangers President and General Manager Chris Drury announced today that the club has assigned defensemen Jackson Dorrington and Drew Fortescue and forwards Nathan Aspinall, Cole Beaudoin, Liam Greentree, and Carey Terrance to the AHL’s Hartford Wolf Pack.
Dorrington, 22, appeared in 70 games with the Wolf Pack a season ago, recording eleven points (2 g, 9 a).
Prior to turning pro, the native of North Reading, MA, played three seasons for Northeastern Univ. He suited up in 105 games for the Huskies, recording 33 points (8 g, 25 a).
Fortescue, 21, recorded 14 points (4 g, 10 a) in 36 games with Boston College during the 2025-26 season. Following the conclusion of his season with the Eagles, he turned pro and recorded two assists in nine games with the Rangers.
The native of Pearl River, NY, played in 112 games over three seasons with Boston College, scoring 33 points (8 g, 25 a).
He was selected in the third round, 90th overall, by the Rangers in the 2023 NHL Entry Draft.
Aspinall, 20, scored a career-high 33 goals, 61 assists, and 94 points in 65 games with the OHL’s Flint Firebirds during the 2025-26 campaign. He also served as the captain of the Firebirds. During his four season OHL career, Aspinall scored 179 points (69 g, 110 a) in 221 games played.
The native of Markham, ON, was selected in the fifth round, 159th overall, by the Rangers in the 2024 NHL Entry Draft.
Beaudoin, 20, recorded 88 points (33 g, 55 a) in 54 games with the OHL’s Barrie Colts a season ago. He also served as captain of the Colts during the 2025-26 season.
The native of Ottawa, ON, scored 221 points (91 g, 130 a) in 236 career OHL games over four seasons.
Greentree, 20, registered 74 points (38 g, 36 a) in 52 games with the OHL’s Windsor Spitfires during the 2025-26 season. He wore the captain’s “C” for the third straight season for the club.
The native of Ottawa, ON, finished his OHL career with 328 points (148 g, 180 a) in 241 career games.
Terrance, 21, appeared in 68 games with the Wolf Pack as a rookie a season ago. He scored 17 points (8 g, 9 a) during that time.
The native of Akwesasne, NY, finished tied for the team lead in points by a rookie during the 2025-26 campaign.
