HARTFORD, CT – The Hartford Wolf Pack are extremely excited to welcome fans back to the XL Center this Friday night, October 15th, and Sunday afternoon, October 17th, for the first time since March of 2020. Before you attend this weekend’s games, please be aware of the protocols that will be enforced.

The Hartford Wolf Pack and the XL Center are following all State and local COVID-19 guidelines.

All patrons at the XL Center are required to wear a mask, regardless of vaccination status. Patrons can remove their mask when they are actively eating or drinking. In addition, in accordance with the City of Hartford Executive Order, children age 2 & under are not required to wear a mask, while those with properly documented medical exemptions will be pardoned as well.

The XL Center is now a cashless venue at concession stands. However, cash will still be accepted at the Sunwave Gas & Power Ticket Office and will still be accepted for the 50/50 raffle and for ‘Chuck-A-Puck’. In addition to going cashless at concession stands, the XL Center and the Wolf Pack are now using mobile tickets. Please have your tickets loaded onto your phone before entering the line to enter the building to ensure a smooth process. Proof of vaccination is NOT required at the XL Center at this time. As we are following State and local guidelines, this is subject to change depending on mandates handed down by local government. Please visit for the most up-to-date guidance.

Smoking inside the XL Center is strictly prohibited. Violators are subject to ejection from Wolf Pack games and other XL Center events.

Doors will open 70 minutes prior to puck drop for season ticket holders, and 60 minutes prior to puck drop for non-season ticket holders during the 2021-22 season. Season ticket holders can enter the XL Center starting at 5:50 pm on Friday, October 15th and at 1:50 pm on Sunday, October 17th. Non-season ticket holders can enter the building at 6:00 pm on Friday night and at 2:00 pm on Sunday afternoon.

We are excited to announce the return of ‘Hockey Happy Hour, Presented by Minuteman Press’ for the 2021-22 Wolf Pack season. Ticketed fans are welcomed to the Coliseum Club for ‘Hockey Happy Hour, Presented by Minuteman Press’ two hours prior to all Friday and Saturday home games throughout the season.
