What's the difference between Full Season Tickets and the new Alpha Memberships?

Alpha Memberships get you access to exclusive player appearances & events, a community all year long - not just in-season, & the most cost-effective way to experience all 36 Wolf Pack home games. Join our growing Pack today!

As a mini plan holder do I get to select my games?

Yes - once our schedule is released you will be able to select the 12 or 20 games that work best for you and your schedule!

Can I add additional tickets to my game plan? What would the additional cost be?

If you need additional tickets you can add them at your Alpha Member discounted rate. To add on tickets, please contact your Wolf Pack Sales Representative directly. If you don't know who your sales rep is, please contact the sales office by calling 860-722-9425.

What can I do with past game tickets I did not use?

As a season ticket holder, take advantage of our never waste a ticket program. If you miss a game, please contact your Wolf Pack Sales Rep and they will be able to exchange unused game tickets into a future game. 

What should I do if I lost my tickets?

Please contact your Wolf Pack Sales Representative if you lost your tickets. If you don't know who your sales rep is, please contact the sales office by calling 860-722-9425

Can I receive hard tickets instead of mobile tickets?

Yes, but there will be an additional fee associated with this. Please contact your sales representative to learn more. 

What if I don't know which games I'd like to use my flex vouchers for yet?

Flex vouchers are redeemable at any point throughout the season. Please contact your Wolf Pack Sales Rep or they can be redeemed at the Box Office on the day of game. 

Can I redeem my flex vouchers online?

At this time, please contact your sales representative as this will be the most efficient way to redeem your vouchers.

I couldn't make it out to the game. Can I exchange my tickets or get a refund?

Full Season Members, 20-Game Plan Holders, and 12-Game Plan Holders are able to exchange their tickets subject to availability. Refunds will not be offered. 

How can I ensure I get accessible seating? Can I do so online?

Accessible seating is available for all events at the XL Center and can be purchased by contacting the Wolf Pack's front office (860-722-9425) or at the Box Office in the XL Center. It is recommended that accessible seating is purchased in advance so that our staff can best recommend how to serve your needs. 

How can I get a name on the video board for birthdays, anniversaries, etc.?

To ensure that the special guest receives videoboard recognition, please call 860-722-9425. Bookings must be received at least two business days prior to game day. You may also fill out this form.

What is the XL Center's Bag Policy?

There will be no bags, backpacks, or briefcases permitted into the XL Center. The following exceptions do apply:

  1. Clutches/purses no larger than 5x7"
  2. Medical Bag
  3. Diaper Bag (with child in attendance)
