Tim Sesko

Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach Tim Sesko joined the Wolf Pack staff for the 2019-20 season.

Prior to coming on board with the Wolf Pack, Sesko spent a year interning with the parent New York Rangers’ strength and conditioning staff.  He is currently working towards his Masters in Applied Exercise Science, with a focus on strength and conditioning, through Concordia University Chicago.  A native of the Cleveland, Ohio area, Sesko holds a Bachelors degree in Exercise Science from Concordia University St. Paul, and served in the U.S. Marine Corps from 2008 to 2012.

Sesko and his wife Tiffinie have a four-year-old son, Daniel, and a one-year-old daughter, Brannah, and they currently make their home in Highland, New York.
