Jordan Owens Returned to Charlotte Checkers

Hartford Wolf Pack general manager Jim
Schoenfeld announced today that the Wolf Pack has returned forward
Jordan Owens on loan to the Charlotte Checkers of the ECHL.
In 41 games with the Wolf Pack this year, Owens, a rookie out of the
Ontario Hockey League, has contributed seven goals and seven assists for
14 points and has logged 44 penalty minutes. In 20 ECHL games with
Charlotte, Owens tallied three goals and added ten assists for 13 points
and served 28 minutes in penalties.
The Pack wrap up the regular season with three games this week, starting
with a visit Friday night to Springfield (7:30 PM faceoff). The Wolf
Pack's final regular-season home game is this Saturday night, April
12th, a GEICO Connecticut Cup skirmish with Bridgeport at 7:00. That is
the Pack's annual "Fan Appreciation Night", as the Wolf Pack players
give the "Shirts Off Our Backs" to 29 lucky fans.
