Wolf Pack Announce Changes To Promotional Schedule

Spectra, operators of the XL Center and Hartford Wolf Pack, today announced two changes to the Wolf Pack’s 2017-18 promotional schedule.

The Wolf Pack trading card set giveaway, presented by CM Concessions, that was originally scheduled for December 23 has been moved to Saturday, December 30.  Also, the Wolf Pack winter hat giveaway, presented by Aetna, that was originally scheduled for December 30th has been moved to Friday, January 26th. 

Fans who have purchased tickets to either of the affected games can exchange their tickets for any future home game, including the new giveaway dates.

Fans who purchased their tickets on-line can exchange their tickets through the Paciolan customer service number, 877-522-8499.  Fans who purchased their tickets through the Wolf Pack ticket sales office can exchange their tickets by speaking with a Wolf Pack ticket representative at 855-762-6451.  Fans who purchased their tickets in person, at the can exchange their tickets at the Ticket Office during regular hours. The is open from 12 noon to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday, as well as four hours prior to any Wolf Pack home game.
