Pack Return Jeff Malcolm to GreenvilleNov 30, 2015
Wolf Pack general manager Jim Schoenfeld announced today that the Wolf Pack has returned goaltender Jeff Malcolm to its ECHL affiliate, the Greenville Swamp Rabbits.
Malcolm, a third-year pro out of Yale University, did not see any game action in his latest stint with the Wolf Pack, but served as the Pack’s backup netminder for the last four games, after being recalled from the Swamp Rabbits November 20. Malcolm has made three appearances for the Wolf Pack this season, playing a total of just over 151 minutes. He is 1-1-0 and has allowed six goals on 64 shots, for a 2.38 GAA and a 90.6% save percentage.
In five ECHL games with the Swamp Rabbits this season, Malcolm is 3-1-1, with a 2.56 goals-against average and a 92.0% save percentage.
The Wolf Pack’s next action is this Friday night, December 4, when they will host the Hershey Bears at the XL Center in a 7:15 PM game. At all Friday-night Wolf Pack home games, fans can enjoy $1 hot dogs and $2 beers through the start of the second period.
Tickets for all 2015-16 Wolf Pack home games are on sale now at the Agera Energy Ticket Office at the XL Center, on-line at www.hartfordwolfpack.com and by phone at (877) 522-8499.
