The Hartford Wolf Pack

The Wolf Pack serves as the primary developmental affiliate of one of the National Hockey League’s storied “Original Six” franchises, the New York Rangers, and has seen a plethora of Ranger prospects hone their games in Wolf Pack jerseys before becoming successful NHL stalwarts. The Wolf Pack’s home ice is downtown Hartford’s XL Center, managed by Northland AEG, where they have entertained Connecticut hockey fans of all ages with numerous successes, including the 2000 Calder Cup, the championship of the AHL. In addition to forging many triumphs on the ice, the Wolf Pack has enjoyed a warm relationship with the Hartford-area community, sharing its time and resources with countless community organizations and individuals.

The Hartford Wolf Pack is a proud member franchise of the American Hockey League, the top player-development league in the sport of professional hockey, and has been so since beginning play in Hartford in 1997.
